DESCRIPTION:Students are motivated to work when they know the compositions they produce will have an audience. Using technology\, they can create musical works that sound like those that they hear on the radio. \nAs part of this day we will look at how you can create tasks that enable students to create pieces of music that meet the requirements of multiple Achievement and Unit Standards in composition and technology. \nWe will be looking at the equipment required for a basic recording setup\, how it all connects together\, and how to use it to produce high quality recordings of student compositions. As part of this we will look at how to mix\, and teach mixing\, for level 2 27703.
