She has been involved with music education research and advocacy for several decades, and has presented at conferences locally and internationally. She is currently New Zealand’s representative on the International Society for Music Education National Affiliate Council. Mrs Webb has been Chairperson of the New Zealand Secondary Students’ Choir Trust Board since 2009, and has overseen extensive fundraising to ensure costs are minimalised for choir members.
