A Cappella Bootcamp! (ages 7-17)

Brand new for 2018 we’re excited to bring you NZ’s first Contemporary A Cappella BOOTCAMP!!!
Do you know a keen young singer between the ages of 7-17? Then make sure you get them signed up for A Cappella Bootcamp quick-smart!
Hosted by the award-winning Voices Co. Contemporary A Cappella Academy, this 1 day, action-packed vocal workshop is set up to engage and empower young singers, and has something for both beginner and experienced vocalists alike.
Throughout the 8 Sessions we explore a variety of vocal skills used both in contemporary a cappella and in everyday singing. Topics include:
– Accessing your voice
– Ensemble skills
– Vocal health for young voices
– Vocal + body percussion
– Performance skills
– Stagecraft + movement
2018 tutors include:
– Voices Co. Musical Director Julian Hay
– Speech & Language Pathologist Jasmine Salam
– Performance Coach Malia Hay
as well as an open panel with Naked Choir winners Voices Co.
