ONZA Marimba Festival: Songs from Ranginui

The ONZA Marimba Festival will be conducted in Auckland and Tauranga this year in term 3 and 4 respectively. Teachers whose students participate in these events will have the opportunity to attend inspiring professional development, free of charge, once per term, to play through an exciting repertoire fully adaptable to suit their music curriculum goals. On the day of the festival itself, hundreds of students rehearse and perform the set in a mass celebration of music education.

As with recent events, the Auckland Marimba Festival will take place in the ASB Stadium in Kohimarama. The 2019 date is Saturday, August 31. To register your school or organisation for this wonderful event click on the Auckland Registration Form.
