A free workshop for all educators in Otepoti

Join us to explore the deep connection between play, music, dance, movement, community, and the oro (vibration) that binds them all within te ao Mãori.

You will leave with practical activites to share with your äkonga, and a new energy to bring to your teaching.

‘Kia kawea tãtou e te rēhia, e te harakoa, e te mataraharaha’ – let us be carried away in the pursuit of joy, happiness and play. Let tãkaro (play) spark our internal flame so we may share our light, and allow our inner child to resonate from within and echo into our imaginings.

Ambrose (Wiremu Sarich) is deeply skilled in indigenous games, where he moves fluidly between structure and improvisation.
